Custom conversion goals

By default, liftstack tracks standard conversion events from your CRM platform (purchases, orders). Custom conversion goals let you define additional events that count as conversions.

Setting up custom goals

When creating a campaign, navigate to Advanced > Custom Conversion Goals. Select which events from your platform should be counted as conversions. Common examples include add-to-cart events, subscription sign-ups, or specific page visits.

Attribution window

Configure how long after the email send an event should be attributed to the campaign. The default is 7 days, which works well for most e-commerce purchase cycles. Adjust shorter for time-sensitive offers or longer for considered purchases.
