Connect your platform

Before you can run your first campaign, you need to connect liftstack to your CRM platform. liftstack currently supports Klaviyo, Customer.io, and Iterable.

What you will need

  • An API key from your CRM platform with read and write permissions for profiles and events
  • Webhook endpoint access to receive engagement events (opens, clicks, conversions)
  • A segment or list of at least 5,000 subscribers for your first test

Setting up the connection

Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your liftstack workspace. Select your platform and enter your API credentials. liftstack will verify the connection by reading a sample of profiles from your account.

Once connected, liftstack can read audience profiles, write custom properties (used for variant assignments), and receive engagement events via webhooks. Your existing email sending workflow remains unchanged.
